• ● Orders within Hojai: Same-day or next-day delivery.
• ● Pan-India delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• ● Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• ● You will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

As bridal wear is custom-ordered and highly personalized, we have a limited return policy. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.

• ● Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects.
• ● Exchanges can be arranged subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp.
• ● Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
